A thin wafer, created only with organic type 1 flour and stone-ground rice flour from a mill in Versilia, sunflower seed oil, and only whole cane sugar, fennel and turmeric. A transparent and uncompromising recipe and, above all, without foods of animal origin. Brigidelle are available in two formats: whole, in hand-made round wafers, or in a practical package with small pieces of Brigidelle, ideal for finger food.
